Condor rated 1st in customer survey

Following a customer satisfaction survey conducted by the German Institute for Service Quality, Condor has been named “most popular airline” with a score of 75.4 (out of 100) points.

The airline came first ahead of Tuifly and Lufthansa, which followed in second and third place respectively, placing ahead of Air Berlin, Germanwings, Turkish Airlines, Easyjet and Ryanair.

The survey, which included 1,407 reviews by airline customers, awarded points in the categories of service, value for money, range of flights and reliability/security. Annoyances and willingness to recommend the airlines on the part of fliers were also included in the overall rating.
