Blue Diamond acquires Smuggler’s Cove

Blue Diamond Resorts has added St. Lucia’s Smuggler’s Cove Resort & Spa to its expanding portfolio of resorts throughout the Caribbean.

Located north of Castries, Smuggler’s Cove features more than 350 bungalow style rooms set on a hillside, with all accommodations featuring air-conditioning, wireless internet access and satellite television. The resort features four restaurants with various cuisines, plus five bars on-site including a swim up pool bar, beach bar, and the sports bar and pub.

Smuggler’s Cove also caters to both adult travellers and families on vacation. The resort offers adults-only Premium Beachfront rooms, featuring a Japanese soaking tub and king-sized bed, as well as dining at the Creole Grill and relaxation at the Namaste Spa.

For families, Smuggler’s Cove offers bedroom suites that can accommodate families of five. Other family-friendly features include the resort’s waterslide, the extensive kids club which includes a bouncy castle and tree fort, and the teen’s lounge with video games, ping pong, billiards, and more. Supervised activities designed to entertain and engage run from morning to early evening.
