Air Transat simplifies check-in process

Air Transat has implemented Amadeus’ Altéa Departure Control System - Customer Management (“DCS-CM”), simplifying the pre-departure and check-in process.

The program automates key airport processes from passenger check-in to departure, reducing passenger processing wait times and making it easier for customers to check-in and move quickly to their gate at all key airports.

Air Transat is among the 124 airlines worldwide and the fourth in North America to implement one or more of the components of Amadeus’ Altéa portfolio of IT solutions.
