Air Transat obtains codeshare licences for Pakistan & UAE
The Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) has given Air Transat a green light to operate flights to Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates on a code-share basis.
The two decisions were posted to the CTA’s website on March 5, with the agency noting that it has approved Air Transat’s requests for the international licences.
The licences are also subject to the conditions prescribed by Canada’s Air Transportation Regulations.
Air Transat has not yet disclosed its plans for the two destinations and declined to comment on the matter.
