Air Canada, Unifor reach tentative agreement

Air Canada has reached a tentative five-year contract agreement with Unifor, the union representing the airline's approximately 4,000 customer service and sales agents.

The agreement is subject to ratification by the union membership. Details of the agreement will not be released pending ratification and approval by the Air Canada Board of Directors.

This latest agreement is the fourth reached between Air Canada and its unions.
