Air Canada to pull plug on Vancouver-Singapore route: report
Air Canada is set to discontinue its non-stop service between Vancouver and Singapore in January 2027, according to an update from aviation schedule website AeroRoutes.
The airline is no longer accepting reservations for flights departing Vancouver on or after Jan. 26, 2027.
Based on flights currently available for booking, Air Canada’s final Vancouver-Singapore departure is scheduled for Jan. 24, with the last return flight leaving Singapore on Jan. 26.
The route is scheduled to operate five times weekly in December 2026 and January 2027 using Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft.
Air Canada launched its year-round Vancouver-Singapore route in April 2024, establishing the carrier’s only nonstop connection to the Southeast Asian city-state.
