Air Canada launches “More to Travel” campaign

Air Canada today (May 8) announced its new campaign, More to Travel, which the airline says is a demonstration of a commitment to providing every customer elevated comfort, service, and experience that fits their distinct needs for any trip.
The campaign launches as Air Canada rolls out a lineup of product and service upgrades with a "major investment" across all aspects of the customer experience.
According to the airline, the 30-second spot captures the essence of what we all know: There’s a lot more to air travel than just getting to your destination. It’s the extra things that enhance your trip most, and those things might change depending on the reason you’re travelling.
Whether it’s more departure times and flight options, a delicious pre-flight meal in a premium lounge, or watching the game while catching up on emails en route, Air Canada says it provides customers with what they need regardless of the reason for their travel, with care and comfort.
“More to Travel is a promise to Air Canada customers to enhance and excite their travel experience when flying with us. We’ve invested in a wide breadth of product and service upgrades, giving them what they need for the kind of trip they’re on,” said Andy Shibata, Vice President, Brand at Air Canada. “Wi-Fi to get your work done, your kid’s favourite show, or a comfortable space to recharge—we bring all of this to you with our award-winning customer service to make your trip great, and we look forward to showing you there’s more when you choose to fly with Air Canada.”
The spot will run through the summer on TV, digital, social, airport out-of-home, and in-flight.
