Air Canada adds 12 U.S. cities for 2016

Air Canada will launch new non-stop services between four key Canadian hubs and 12 U.S. cities beginning next summer.

The new transborder routes will introduce new destinations, such as Toronto-Washington-Dulles, Toronto-Salt Lake City and Vancouver-San Jose, while also creating new city-pair routings, such as Vancouver-Chicago, Montreal-Houston, Montreal-Denver and Calgary-San Francisco.

The new routes, which will be operated by Air Canada mainline, Air Canada rouge and Air Canada Express aircraft, will commence on the following dates:

  • Toronto-Salt Lake City (daily), May 27
  • Toronto-Portland (daily), May 26
  • Toronto-Washington DC-Dulles (twice daily, Air Canada Express), May 2
  • Toronto-Jacksonville (Saturday and Sunday, Air Canada Express), May 21
  • Montreal-Denver (daily), June 4
  • Montreal-Houston (daily, Air Canada Express), June 6
  • Montreal-Philadelphia (twice daily, Air Canada Express) May 24
  • Calgary-Phoenix (Monday, Thursday and Saturday, Air Canada rouge), continued from winter
  • Calgary-San Francisco (daily, Air Canada Express), June 18
  • Vancouver-Chicago (daily), June 4
  • Vancouver-San Diego, (daily, Air Canada rouge) June 2
  • Vancouver-San Jose (twice daily, Air Canada Express), May 9

All routes are year-round with the exception of Toronto-Portland and Vancouver-San Diego.
