Aeroplan debunks myths and misconceptions

Does Aeroplan have blackout dates? Do you need to book a seat one year in advance? Will I be on hold for two hours if I call in to book a flight?

These are just some of the questions Aeroplan is answering in a new Mythbusters campaign aimed at revealing the truths behind 12 myths and misconceptions about Aeroplan’s flight rewards program.

The campaign, presented through a creative infographic, tackles a series of FAQs commonly associated with the flight reward program, addressing topics from accessing seats to changing/cancelling a rewards flight to how one can use miles.
