AC launches seasonal Vancouver-Cancun service

Air Canada rouge is now offering non-stop flights between Vancouver and Cancun, the airline announced yesterday (Feb. 15).

Customers boarded AC1282 yesterday at YVR to celebrate the inaugural flight, which Air Canada will operate weekly until Apr. 25, 2016 on a Boeing 767-300ER aircraft. Flights will be timed to optimize connectivity to and from Air Canada's Vancouver Island flights through the airline's Vancouver hub. 

Air Canada’s seasonal winter service to Cancun will be offered from seven Canadian cities: Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa and Halifax.
