TDC brings agents to Europe for Groups training

As part of Transat Distribution Canada's continuing drive to increase Group sales, they have launched a Europe Groups Training program exclusively for their members.

From June 2-10, 2016 TDC and Transat Tours escorted 20 participants from Ontario and Western Canada to Lisbon and Porto, Portugal (the focus of this year's program) for in-depth experiential training on how to promote Group Travel with the Transat Europe product. Participants received custom training whereby they developed actionable plans establishing sales objectives and selling strategies to increase their Transat Europe Group business.

“Group Travel continues to rise and it is not limited to just the south. Based on the success of the program, TDC will continue to offer educational forums to grow Group Sales to Europe!” said Susan Bowman, Vice President Marketing and Industry Relations.
