Ensemble has wrapped its 2025-26 fundraising campaign for Make-A-Wish, bringing the consortium’s total impact to more than $260,000.

Members of Ensemble’s leadership team and several employees recently presented Make-A-Wish with a final donation of nearly $7,000, including matching funds, marking the conclusion of the year-long campaign.

Ensemble members, alongside several preferred partners, raised more than $126,000 for the organization. Range Group, Ensemble’s parent company, committed to matching every dollar raised, more than doubling the campaign’s impact.

The funds will support Make-A-Wish in granting wishes for children facing critical illnesses.

More than 70 per cent of all wishes involve travel, making the initiative a natural fit for Ensemble and its network of travel professionals.

The more than $260,000 generated through the campaign is expected to help grant approximately 25 wishes across Canada and the United States.

For Ensemble, the initiative also underscores the travel industry’s ability to rally around a shared cause and use travel as a vehicle for positive change.

"One of the things that makes Ensemble special is the strength of our community," said Michael Johnson, president of Ensemble, in a press release.

"When our members, partners and team come together around a common purpose, the impact extends far beyond our industry. Thanks to their incredible generosity, we're helping Make-A-Wish make wishes comes true for children and families while demonstrating that travel truly can be a force for good."

The fundraising campaign culminated at Horizons 2026, Ensemble’s annual conference, where members and preferred partners participated in fundraising activities and made donations in support of Make-A-Wish.

The final contribution presented this month officially closes the 2025-2026 campaign while reinforcing Ensemble’s broader commitment to charitable giving.

With the latest donation, Ensemble and Range have now generated nearly $600,000 for charitable initiatives.

Those efforts include support for Make-A-Wish as well as Legacy of War Foundation’s Land for Women, a program focused on the economic empowerment of Rwandan women through land ownership and sustainable cooperative farming.

Through its charitable initiatives, Ensemble says it aims to bring members, partners and employees together around causes that extend the travel industry’s impact beyond the journeys it sells.
