  • WE ARE LOOKING FOR LEISURE TRAVEL COUNSELLOR FOR OUR LOYALTY PROGRAM

  • Call Centre environment
  • Answer calls in timely, courteous and professional manner Consistently meet individual performance targets
Requirements
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and French (both written and oral communication)
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism and patience
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent selling skills and results driven
  • TICO Certification and OPC Certification(for Quebec agents)
  • Team player but able to work autonomously

Work place
Mississauga and Montreal
Schedule
Full rotation schedule including evening and weekends.
