AirlinePros, Inc., a global leader in airline and travel representation partnering with 60+ airlines and with office locations in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Toronto and Montreal wants you to join our growing company and talented North American team.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service/ Inside Sales Coordinator for our new Toronto Sales Office (Airport vicinity). As a Customer Service// Inside Sales Coordinator you will provide excellent service to AirlinePros customers by answering phone calls and emails optimizing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Your main duties will be assisting our travel trade partners with general information about our airline partners. Sales activities such as lead generation; follow-up calls, trade show participation, data analysis and ad-hoc sales support projects are part of your daily work load. This is a great position for a highly motivated starter in the industry that is looking to learn the ins and outs of the travel industry.

Skills

We are looking for a customer service oriented personality with excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Experience with a GDS system is helpful and analytical skills and the capacity to work around problems is a plus.

AirlinePros offers a flexible work environment and an industry-competitive compensation package. This position is full-time and you must be legally eligible to live and work in Canada.
