  1. Excellent knowledge of airlines GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Apollo)
  2. Experience in call centre operations environment.
  3. Exceptional customer service and people management skills.
  4. Knowledge of airlines contract management and ticketing
  5. 5+ years experience in travel industry.
  6. Understanding of standard “KPI” fundamentals and capability to develop, manage and implement tactics and strategies to maximize productivity, customer service and staff deployment/development
  7. Leadership qualities that will motivate, develop and support the department
